البيانات اللي نحفظها

• رقم الموبايل، للدخول برمز يوصلك برسالة.
• بيانات جدول العمل اللي يدخلها مسؤول القسم: الاسم، الرقم الوظيفي، الشفت، الإجازات، والتنقلات.
• طلبات الإجازة والإعلانات والمواعيد داخل القسم.
• عنوان الجهاز للإشعارات، واختياراتك للإشعارات.

ليش نحفظها

عشان يشتغل جدول الشفتات والإجازات، وتوصلك الإشعارات. ما نبيع البيانات، وما فيه إعلانات ولا تتبّع.

مين يشوفها

بيانات القسم يشوفها مسؤول القسم ومن يعطيهم صلاحية. الموظف يشوف بياناته وشفته.

وين تنحفظ

على خوادم Google Firebase. رموز الدخول تنرسل عن طريق kwtSMS، والإشعارات عن طريق Google وApple.

حذف الحساب

من التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. ينحذف حسابك وأجهزتك المسجّلة للإشعارات. بيانات الجدول تتبع القسم ويقدر مسؤوله يحذفها. التفاصيل

What we keep

• Your mobile number, to sign in with a code sent by text message.
• The roster your section's manager enters: name, employee number, shift, leaves and movements.
• Leave requests, announcements and appointments within the section.
• Your device's notification address and your notification choices.

Why

To run the shift and leave roster and send you its notifications. We do not sell data, show ads or track you.

Who sees it

A section's data is seen by its manager and those they give access. An employee sees their own records and their shift.

Where it is kept

On Google Firebase servers. Sign-in codes are sent through kwtSMS; notifications through Google and Apple.

Deleting your account

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account and your devices' notification addresses are deleted. Roster records belong to the section, whose manager can delete them. Details
